The FTC Steel Shark, simply put, is one awesome knife! The Steel Shark is up to any task from hunting and dressing game, to camping or even combat and tactical use. It’s strong razor sharp edge is shaped for powerful cutting strokes and devestating thrusts from the point.
The Steel Shark’s pommel is also a powerful impact weapon, capable of serious damage. It’s stylish handle does not just look good… it works! The Steel Shark model is available in either ¼” thick 440C or ATS34 steels. All steel sharks come with thumb jimping, but can also be made with a half jimped blade ending at a false edge as shown. Dimensions are 9″ in overall length, with a 5″ blade. Handles are shown in blue/black G10, and Zebra wood. Named for it’s distinct shark-like appearance, this hand forged knife will serve well in any capacity. As seen below, variances in customer desires and hand size can produce slight differences in the design, thus making every knife a “one off” unique collector’s piece.
